Athletic Journey

From the bars of Amman to the world podium

A story written in reps, setbacks and relentless work.

Portrait — training photography

I didn't start with talent. I started with a pull-up bar and a decision.

Years of daily training in Jordan turned bodyweight basics into elite skills — and elite skills into international competition. That path led to an IFBB Fitness Challenge World Championship title and silver at the 2025 Calisthenics World Championship.

Today I stand on both sides of the platform: competing, and serving as Head Judge for Power & Endurance at the WSWCF World Championship. As a WSWCF Academy Master Trainer I educate coaches, and through Wahsh Team I build athletes who carry the same standard.

Training Philosophy

Four non-negotiables

01

Discipline

Showing up when motivation doesn't. Consistency is the only shortcut.

02

Control

Strength without control is noise. Every rep is owned, never rushed.

03

Progression

Smart, measurable steps — the body adapts to what you ask of it, precisely.

04

Longevity

Train to perform for decades, not weeks. Joints, mobility and recovery matter.
